Since 1970 and throughout his career, Ray Tomasso has pursued an avid interest in the history and practice of letterpress printing and its associated equipment.

His collection includes over 300 wood fonts, 350 foundry fonts and hundreds of antique metal cuts. Other equipment includes a wood engraving machine, roller pin proof press, various hot stamping machines, a Gem 26” manual paper cutter and an extensive collection of antique printing furniture, composing stones and tools.
