Fine Art in Archival Cast Rag Paper

Ray Tomasso is one of an international group of fine artists that began to extensively explore handmade paper as a sculptural medium in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

In 1986 Tomasso traveled to Düren, Germany, where he joined in founding the International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists (IAPMA), still the world’s leading organization of paper artists.

At his studio in Englewood, Colorado, Tomasso produces unique and editioned works of art for sale through galleries and art consultants and undertakes private and public art commissions.
