Ray Tomasso’s fine art has been exhibited regionally, nationally and internationally over the last forty-plus years.

It is regularly featured in galleries and shows throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region. Tomasso's work is currently the subject of a major show at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is featured in Contemporary Fiber, a statewide invitational show at Helikon Gallery, Denver. In 2013, his solo show Forgotten Latitudes was on display at Ice Cube Gallery in Denver's RINO art district.

Nationally, Ray had a solo show at Anderson O'Brien Fine Art in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2012. His work was included in Contemporary American Paper Artist: An Invitational Exhibition at Chicago's Columbia College Center for Book & Paper Art in 2002. Previously, Ray's work was shown in over sixty shows in twenty states.

Internationally, his work most recently appeared in the 2013 Amateras Foundation show Exotic Paper in Sofia, Bulgaria. Previous international shows were in Rijswijk, the Netherlands; Montreal, Canada; Copenhagen and Nysted, Denmark; Budapest, Hungary (invited artist and juror); Szirak, Hungary; Basel, Switzerland; Duren and Nideggen-Berg, Germany; and Nogoyce, Japan.
